The star of the menu, Arroz de Pato (oven cooked duck rice) is one of my Granny’s specialties and brings back many warm memories of family gatherings…. The second course, Açorda (bread stew), is tipycal from Alentejo, where my Grandpa was from and where we always used to spend Easter. It seems the perfect meal for Easter Monday!
Being a bank holiday in London, we decided to go wild this time, and make it Lunch time! So afterwards, you can still have a nice walk to London Fields, have a cup of coffee in Stoke Newington or head to a nice pub in Angel.
Stay tuned, we’ll be revealing more details in the next few days…
