Casa de Mouraz Elfa (Organic / Biodynamic)
The “memory” of memories. Old vine, blended varieties of grapes, species of ampelographic catalog, diversity in all its splendor. There are about 30 varieties, co-fermented and co-planted simultaneously. It’s an authentic wine, exceedingly personal and elegant.
Vineyard: Vineyard with granite soil aged of 80 years old. Altitude range of 300 m.
Harvest: Manual harvest in early September
Vinification: Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel vat. Long maceration after the fermentation. Ageing in tank for 24 months. Unoaked. .

Varieties 30 local grape varieties such us Baga, Jaen, Tinta-Pinheira, Alvarelhão, Alfrocheiro, Bastardo, Camarate, Cornifesto and much more (this wine does not have Touriga-Nacional).
