Raspberry and Redcurrant Jam

The characteristic acidity of redcurrant combined with the slightly sweet flavour of raspberry make this slightly sharp jam a great option for a hot summer day. Superb on your toast, but also a lovely option to top your favourite ice cream.

This original and distinctive aluminium tube packaging  dispenses bottles spoons and knives for spreading,  and minimizes exposure to fresh air when opened. The fruit does not oxidise with light and thus maintains it’s original color and flavour.

Ingredients:

Raspberry, Blackcurrant, Sugar, Citrus pectin, and Lemon juice. Prepared with 55 g of fruit per 100 g.

Meia Dúzia uses raw materials and values Portuguese origin denomination products, such as apple and pear Bravo Esmolfe, Rock  and biological raw materials and production modes. Our experiments rely on ingredients like genuinely Portuguese Vinho do Porto, Moscatel do Douro and Madeira. Pumpkin and Orange with Honey, Cinnamon and Port Wine with Cranberry Hazelnut and Nutmeg, Rocha Pear and Currant with Lemon Pepper and Rose are some of our unique experiences.
